About
Reem Masoud is a PhD student in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at University College London. Her research interests focus on recommender systems and large language models to enhance cultural alignment. Reem has obtained an MSc in Control Systems from Imperial College London with a dessertation in algorithmic optimization of financial trading using the Julia programming language. Reem received her BSc from King Abdulaziz University in Electrical and Computer Engineering where she was offered a full scholarship to continue her postgraduate education. Before continuing in academia, Reem has worked at Procter and Gamble (P&G) in various managerial positions on Pampers and Always production lines.
